Our Policy

We truly appreciate your business and want to provide you with the best service

possible. Since we are a “by appointment only” “service-based” business, to BEST

serve ALL our clients, please be advised of these policies.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. There is no need to arrive early

unless specifically advised to do so. Should you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled

appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked


service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged

the full cost of the service.

New Clients

We do require our new clients to make a 50% deposit upon scheduling their first

service(s). You will receive a secure invoice link via text/email immediately after

booking your first appointment. Payment must be processed before your appointment

will be confirmed. We store your card on file in our encrypted software for future

services at checkout. You will be asked at checkout to provide your card for the

encryption. The reason for the encryption is for a faster checkout at future

appointments.

Changing Your Appointment

24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. Of course,

if you have a legitimate emergency that prevents you from keeping your scheduled

appointment, please inform us ASAP and we will work with you to reschedule without a penalty.


lf cancelled before 24 hours, of your scheduled appointment time, no fee will be charged.


If cancelled after 24 hours, you will forfeit your 50% deposit (New clients) or you will be

charged 50% of your service (Existing clients). Day of Cancellations or No Shows will

be charged 100% of the service. Repeat No Shows will result in removal from our client list.
