Christy Yang
Licensed Esthetician
Certified Lash Artist
Christy has been a Licensed Esthetician since 2019. She has been at POLISHED for over a year now. She is fully equipped with knowledge and passion for skincare and beauty. Her calming presence radiates her love of natural beauty and wellness. She a Certified Lash Artist and specializes in Classic, Hybrid and Volume lash extensions. Christy also has a natural talent for creating gorgeous brows. Brow waxing and tinting has become one of her most requested services. Christy is PCA SKIN certified and holds an Advanced Chemical Peel Certification. She believes passionately that every one of her clients should leave feeling beautiful and projecting confidence.
Christy is the mom of the most precious baby girl, Haven. Spending quality time with her husband and baby girl is what she enjoys doing in her spare time (and taking LOTS of gorgeous photos!).

Jessica White

Certified Lash Artist
As a certified stylist and lash artist with nearly a decade of cosmetology experience, Jessica White is an artist whose work is always on display. A warm welcome from a bright, cheerful smile greets you in advance of meeting Jessica, leaving an authentic first impression of meaning every word behind her admission of “making everyone feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside brings me the most joy”.
Jessica was fortunate to realize her passion for aesthetics could provide both a living and a creative outlet. In 2012, Jessica was selected to compete in the Skills USA Aesthetics program. Demonstrating a high degree of technical acumen and understanding of client vision, Jessica’s performance resulted in a national competition invite as North Carolina’s lone representative, with Jessica ultimately placing sixth overall.
Seeking to expand her stylist repertoire, in early 2018 Jessica was formally certified as a lash artist and shortly thereafter began offering a full range of lash related services, including classic, hybrid and volume extensions, lifts, and tints for lashes as well as brow and body waxing.
Outside of work, Jessica and her family split time between uptown Charlotte, Hickory, and local stables where she fosters and supports her daughter’s obsession with equestrian show jumping.
